What I Do
Since the ADA went into effect I have been litigating, as an attorney and counsel, the claims of persons with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Fair Housing Act.
No Fees Paid By My Clients
Legal fees are paid by defendants who are made to comply with the ADA. None of my clients has ever paid me a legal fee for an ADA case. I am admitted to practice law in Virginia, New York and Arkansas.
